Communication between a PLC with ASCII interface

In one of our projects, we need to collect measurement from IQ DataPlus relays via a MINT. The MINT is connected with a Schneider UNITY Quantum PLC with 140ESI06210 ASCII interface module.

Have some body done such application? We need to know the format of the ASCII messages to be sent by the PLC to read the data from the INCOM devices.
