1794-AENT losing communication

We are using 6 Hirschman RS30 version 3.102 switches in a looped fiber network. 40 1794-AENT ethernet modules are connected to this network. A ControlLogix PLC communicates with two 1756-ENBT A. PLC is losing communication with 1794-AENT
modules sometimes.

How would you fix this problem? We need help...

A customer had a similar problem with a similar setup. Turned out the Hirschmann switches had a bug in their firmware. Updating to a later version
of the f/w solved the problem.
