Verify Honeywell Web Site, but I believe that the TDC3000 doesn't talk with FSC through LCN or UCN. For it is necessary to have a Modbus module, or if you have a Experion System, a specific license.
If you have TPS sytem you connect your FSC with TPS by using FCS-SMM module. This module is used for communication with Honeywell TPS. You install this module in central part of FSC.
