FlowBoss S600 flow computer modbus coil writing problemHi,
Currently I am working on FlowBoss s600 flow computer. I am communicating S600 (MB master) on modbus RTU protocol with my third party device (MB slave, typically it is simulator on PC right now).
I am able to read and write real parameters through Modbus on S600. I am also able to read coil parameters on S600, but I am not able to write the coil parameters on slave (simulator).
I have tried function code 5 and 15 both but could not solve the problem.
Can anybody help me out?

Have you tried contacting the vendor? They should be able to help you thru this issue...
Hello,
1. Download the MODBUS TCP/IP or serial slave simulator at http://www.peakhmi.com/.
2. Execute your coil write to the simulator.
This will validate your code.
If it does not work post your write command stream, in hex, and I will look at it.
Ciao,
Mark

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. I tried all those things but couldn't succeed. I want to know, has anybody done this thing in the past? If yes, then how?
