MODEM With Dry Contact Output

Does anyone know of a telephone MODEM(s) that can be set up to do the following:
Customer dials out on MODEM #1, MODEM #2 answers and automatically closes a relay contact on MODEM #2?

The MARC 366-100 DIN Rail mounted modem http://www.miille.com/din366-100.pdf
has an opto isolated status output that could be used. You can contact me directly if you have further questions.
