Finding a range for level transmitter

We have an asphalt storage tank which has two level indication transmitters, one is a radar transmitter and other is a one flange connection Honeywell transmitter.

The problem is that there is a different of the reading between those two transmitters.
The radar transmitter range is 3-47 ft and the flange type transmitter is 1.3-20.3 PSI. 1 PSI 2.3 ft H2O.

Can you please tell me what is the accurate range for the Honeywell transmitter so the both of the reading will be the same?

Tank is used for asphalt.
