If i have a 3150KVA 33/11KV Star delta transformer.
1) Is the Delta-winding the 33kV-side and the Star-winding the 11kV-side?
2) Which side is to have a neutral grounding transformer?
3) Are you referring to an NGT system for the Star-side and a Zig-Zag transformer for the Delta-side?
