Problem with communications between Twido PLC and Magelis (XBT GT 4330). Message on touch screen is: "No replay from PLC". I use a XBTZ978 cable. Is it a problem with the cable or with the address? Please help me!!

Check this, it should help. It describes cables.
Make sure you have the communication parameters set correctly and that the settings are the same on the HMI and on the PLC (Baud, parity, stop bit...). Check also that the Modbus master protocol is selected on the panel.
If nothing works, update your firmware on your panel, make sure you use the newest version of the panel programming software.

You need the new cable XBT9780, or you may use the XBT978 with an adapter XBTZ999.
It is easier to change the pin-out of your XBT978.

Cable should be XBTZ9780, the XBTZ978 has channels A & B reversed. This is an obsolete old cable.
Make sure Vijeo designer application is pointing to com2, not com1 default port.
Parity should be none, in Twido and Vijeo application, obviously baud rate, stop bits, etc. must be the same on both devices.
Make sure that registers you are using in the Vijeo Designer application are actually reserved, or used in Twido application.
