Straw Poll: Emerson Ovation TCP Ports and Services
Communications systems and equipment. topic
Posted by M. Toecker on 19 July, 2008 - 2:43 am
I'd like to conduct a quick straw poll on the listserve. This mainly concerns Emerson Ovation users.

For a bit of background, I've been banging my head against a wall when it comes to getting a list of TCP/UDP ports that Ovation applications use. Originally I thought that Emerson is just very tight lipped about this information, but I'm starting to think that they may not know exactly which ports are used. So, I'd like to ask the group:

1. Has anyone ever received any information of the TCP/UDP ports used by the Emerson Ovation suite of Applications?

2. Would this information be important to you, and why?

Oh, and I wouldn't mind if anyone who has, and wouldn't mind sharing, the information send me an email: nospamMTOECKER*at*BURNSMCD.COM.
