Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to read data from Actaris SL7000 energy meter using Delphi or Visual basic program. I am looking for a library which is able to read the Dlms protocol for that.
Thank you very much in advance.
Best Regards.
Banhoro Dieudonné.

Hi.
I'm trying to do more or less the same (with different programming tools). You can find ready to use solutions on following web sites:
http://www.kalkitech.com/dlms.htm
http://www.icube.ch /
And I suggest some readings (specs):
IEC 62056-21
HDLC
DLMS

Kalkitech offers library usable with VB to read from DLMS meters.
