We have GCV/SRV Assembly of our GE Frame 5 Gas turbine which has not been overhauled for about 20 years since its commisioning. Its still working fine but I read the recommendations of a few vendors and service providers online that this GCV/SRV valve assembly must be completely disassembled, overhauled and calibrated after every 5 years.
So can u suggest me that should I get it overhauled??
What should be the frequency of its overhauling??
