Control Protocol
I know a protocol is the set of rules should be obeyed by the communication sides in order to understand each other. My question is: How are these rules or standards set in order to make the protocol? Also, the final product which is 'protocol'. Where to find in the system? I mean is it software to be installed or programming statements written in the system software?
