Fuel gas metering
Continuous process industries, DCS questions. topic
Posted by Zahid on 26 August, 2008 - 9:53 am
We want have a flow measurement of Fuel gas to various equipments like generators, heaters etc. The fuel gas specs are natural gas presure range 70-250 psig, Temp 80 C, flow 0.1-0.5 MMSCFD.

Can anyone please suggest the type of flow meter should we use ? Accuracy is not an issue, the gas is clean, only local reading required with totalizer. Power available is of 24V DC.

Kindly suggest

I'd suggest talking to Actaris (Formerly a Schlumberger company) about their MZ or fluxi gas meters.
