Hello,
I want to know where's the place in web where I can find manuals or technical data sheet for Instrumentation (Field Instrument) that are not produced anymore or obsolete?

If they are still in business it is usually possible to acquire them from the manufacturer (something this means buy). Some manufacturers have pretty good catalogs of old manuals on their web sites.

OK, thanks.

No, they don't give me the items, they only suggest to upgrade to newer version, but that's a waste because my Instrumentation equipment is still real able, I just need the documentation for back up.

On a couple occasions, I have scanned & emailed a couple pages of older paper manuals that I have access to. Doing that for entire manuals is beyond what I'm willing to do, but for specific issues that are likely to be several pages in length, like calibration, you might consider posting requirements on fora like this one.
