I have a memory with problems. I need to format it, and then I want to program the EPROM one more time but I don't know how to do it. I know that it needs special programming.

Do you want to store the S7 logic in to EEPROM?

One simple way is use your PG (Siemens Programmer). Alternatively, you can use the Step7 software and store the program from the memory to EPROM.

Refer to the online help in Step7.
