Power Factor During Load Sharing

Can anyone explain me if there is a problem on our system? We have synchronized 6 generators. When the system is already loaded, one of the generator has a leading power factor and the rest have lagging. But the generator which have the leading power factor shares an equal load with the others. Can anyone help me on this? Is there a problem with our system??
