Power supply in Zone 1

We have a plant with large amount of intrinsic IO in Zone 1. But we could not find a power supply which converts 230VAC to 24VDC and can be installed in Zone 1 area. We need this 24VDC to power up the remote IO as well as some safety interposing relay, and the distance is too far, around 150m-300m, the voltage drop makes 24VDC distribution more difficult. May I ask normally what do you do in this scenario?
