PLC/RTU will communicate with an Electric Meter via DLMS/COSEM protocol. Is there anybody who has experience with the related protocol? Is it simple that we can write communication protocol with Ladder Programming?

You can try to use TBox RTU by CSE-Semaphore company. It supports DLMS/COSEM protocol
