I am in dire need of Bailey Positioner Model AV112311N. ABB is not being cooperative right now due to some internal changes with their computer system. Does anyone know if there is a positioner that could replace this model or another Bailey that could be bypassed to control pneumatically? HELP!

I tried to google the model you gave without results.

If the ABB is going out of production or they are un-cooperative you should be able to substitute a positioner of another manufacturer. Just find the pneumatic range of your valve and call your favorite instrument suppliers.

Some of the modern positioners use a lot less expensive instrument air than the old flapper nozzle style so you might be able to justify swapping them all out.

Regards
Roy

Deb:

I certainly apologize for any support problems you encountered. We assemble the AV1 Pneumatic Valve Positioner here in Warminster, PA and would be most happy to assist. Ideally I would like to have our local sales representative contact you with an offer. I could also collect your order directly but our sales representative can provide local support to you. I can be reached 24/7 at mobile phone number +1-215-262-5580 but in the meantime I will be making attempts to contact you.

Moore-Siemens 760 Pneumatic Positioner may work.
