I've experienced the same problem on 2 HMIs: when I have to modify a PIN in MK6 toolbox software, as soon as I push the OK button I get an error message saying:
"Smartheap Library - Out of memory. Please free some memory, then choose retry."
But whichever button you push, nothing happens and the toolbox will close. I checked in Task Manager and the program using more memory is the toolbox around 50MB, but I still have free memory available. I tried to increase the virtual memory paging with no result, always the same problem. No changes have been made on the HMI before showing this message.
Has someone gotten the same error sometime???
