Can someone provide the various Modbus Plus interface card options, i.e cards that can sit on a PC and enable the PC to talk on a Modbus Plus network... Please mention if the card is supported on Windows Vista and approx. price.
Years ago we used the SA85 card, I'm sure there are other options nowadays. If you search "SA85 card" you will get a starting point.

You could also use a gateway, maybe Modbus + to Modbus TCP and use Modscan or mod poll on the PC and thus be able to get remote access to the Modbus + network and/or set up a web page in the gateway.
