Rockwell to Schneider Relay Communication

I am facing problem while communicating Rockwell CN2DN with Schneider relay. Here CN2DN has 25 slave Schneider relay (LTMR08DFM). Whenever power trips then some relays node address automatically change to node number 64 without any change in parameter.
