Good Afternoon,
What is the fieldbus device? What is the range of standard transmitting and receiving signal in fieldbus? Can we use conventional smart type 4-20mA transmitter and I/P converter in Foundation Fieldbus? Where do we get controller block?

If you Google Foundation Fieldbus you will get most of your questions answered. Then buy a book and read it.
Foundation Fieldbus is an implementation of IEC 61158 Type 1 and Type 3 international digital data communications standards. It also implements IEC 61804 standard: function blocks for process control. The communications is all digital, not 4-20mA analog. Control valve positioners are available that implement Foundation Fieldbus directly, and usually have the control function blocks.
