Home electric heater
Application Questions and Problems topic
Posted by warren oie on 3 November, 2008 - 8:53 pm
Can you tell me what size wire I would need to hook up a Lennox Model ES503 electrical heater with three 60 amp breakers on the unit? I would like to install the heater 40 feet away from my 200 amp breaker panel. Can I use 6/2 w/ground or do I need to go to a 4 gauge wire?

You need to tell us what voltage you are connecting to, Kw rating of heater. Your location is US, Canada? A simple search on Google came up empty.
