I need some help in calculating thermocouple K type core cable sizing for 350 meters long. Is there any standard to refer? IEC, IEEE? Please help. I'm facing voltage drop problem.

You shouldn't have a voltage drop problem unless you are connecting to a low impedance load, e.g. moving coil meter. Compare the impedance of your measuring device to the resistance of the cable, you will likely find it insignificant.
