Foxy says we are the only customers experiencing the loss of block, line connections and minds. We have found one other project that is not doing very good but I was wanting to get more input.

So far they have missed all of their deadlines and can not get us to a FAT.

So are we chasing something that can not be caught? Are we wasting time here? How do we catch the Fox?

 

If you are as oblique with your supplier as you are with us, then I doubt you will get anywhere. You have told us nothing other than that you are unhappy about something.

I think the first thing you need to do is to learn to describe your problem fully and clearly. If you want to try stating your problem again, someone here may be able to make a suggestion which can help you.

I can only tell about this, the following: Foxboro(Invensys) or the new name IPS, is on transition fase.

They are integrated all the products in one global solution, and also, as is required by the mayority of their customers, improve the HMI.

Sounds great but is hard to reach there.

I'm sure that the engineers are clear with you in what is possible to be done and not.

The bechmark of the solution is a complex subject. Type of process, time of process, screen develop, etc.

The best is get your own people in a good communication with your supplier, to get something win to win.
