I want to learn INTOOLS and its applications related to Instrumentation engineering. I also want to get some hands on experience. Can you please guide me whether any books are available for the same? Also can I get the version of demo software for learning?

I recently learned Smart Plant Instrumentation (Intools) along with several co-workers.
It my humble opinion it was a complete waste of time. Its too expensive and full of bugs.
The database it uses may have advantages for a huge project but not for a few hundred instruments.

Intools tutorial is available along with the software package. This step by step tutorial is like doing a dummy project. However I bet most of the new users will forget how to operate by only learning this material. The best way to do is by applying directly to live project.
