Fire Alarms

My company is now involved with a large school district that has several faraday fire alarm systems. The previous contractor has let the systems fall into disrepair to the point of having to reprogram systems to remove unused and corrupt points in the system. This company has been brought in to correct the problems, but managed to make things worse. Is it possible to get the software or the programming manual?
