How to remove parial choking in the naphtha flow measuring impulse line?

We are facing problems in dechoking the naphtha flow measurement impulse line.

Steaming we can not do as it may cause firing as naphtha is highly combustible material.

Applying hydraulic pressure did not yielded any result as the choking is partial not completem, so it released the pressure.

Can any body tell me about the right procedure to dechoke the parially choked impulse line.

An untested idea, so use with caution. You could vent the impulse line into say a bucket half filled with water at sufficient pressure to clear the choking. The discharge should be done sufficiently below the water surface.

Should protect you from flying debris and atomised naptha.
