Moderators note: this was a question to a very old thread. I changed the title slightly to start a new thread.

I have to provide the isolation between the Panel and the frame on which i had mounted it. As i am giving individual ground to the panel but it's frame will get the electrial earth from the cetral earthing syatem of the plant. so how i can isolate it from the panel earth???

 

You can mount a copper busbar on insulated spacers and bring your "clean" earth conductors to a seperate earth. If there is continuity between the panel and the frame, ensure that any
earth terminals are not connected to the backplane which is quite common.

Also you may need to look at your external cabling into the panel as you may have to seperate your cable armouring/seperate earth using insulated glands adaptors/banjos, etc.
