In DOS, in F prompt (site specific files), search for 'diagc' or try view2.exe

 

This person is asking for the Diagnostic Alarm Help file, not the Diagnostic Counters (DIAGC) executable, or the troubleshooting tool, VIEW2.EXE.

I believe the names of the files you are looking for are HELP_BD.EXE and HELP_QD.EXE.

One word of caution: There were only a couple of these files written, and they don't "fit" every version of PROMs and cards. There are probably few differences, and they are better than nothing, but do be cautious when you obtain these files.
