I have an Ethernet Module connected to a PLC. It is communicating well with PLC and is working fine. I wish to remotely Monitor (Digital & Analog points) and Control (operate output coils) on the PLC over the internet. I do not know Visual Basic or C++ programming languages. I wish to create process graphics on my PC and allocate commands to the monitoring and control point on my PC screen. Could some one please suggest how do I go about it.

Check out FactoryPMI from Inductive Automation. It will meet your said requirements. You can download a free resettable 2 hour evaluation. They will also show you how it works if you sign up for a "web demo".
