anybody can help me in complete understanding of rs 485 designing. why its usr for 32 device? bandwidth limitation,and how terminating resistance do work?

A Google search will get you tons of information! There are several great "white papers" available from BlackBox and many others.

Also look to the websites of the manufactures of RS485 devices such as Maxim, TI, National Semiconductor and many, many others! All the info is out there on the web! Just go get it!
