There are 3 Mitsubishi GTs Communicating with Emerson DCS via OPC There are 2500 Points per GT. Do not know these too many points causing the issue but communication drops sometimes once in an hour or 2 hour. All cables and Hardware replaced but no luck.

Any Idea ... Please advise.

 

So which is the OPC Client and which is the OPC server? Are you seeing any errors in the sytem or application event logs for the OS? What OS's are you running on? there are known issues in some server OS's with the RPC dll's.

Any details you can provide to us will greatly improve our abilities to give you some concise advise and answers.
