I have a deep problem with the DigiOne IAP (DOIAP) communications device. I have communicated with digi tech support and don´t answer my question, or well their information didn´t was very helpful.

This is my case: I´m configurating a Machine and I have a Network between a PLC Flexlogix 5434 and the DOAIP with MAC00409D:3B1F7. I need to get acces at this device for purposes of probes. I can´t communicate with the DOIAP. I have not found the software for this device, and seriously the manual, application case and user manual have not been of any help. In those documents say that de DOAIP have a IP address that can be configurated but I have not doccumentation about the configuration inside. I need upload or read it to know what configuration does it have and run the correspondient tests.

I´ll be very very greatfull for any help that you can get me.

The device should have come with a CD. if not you can download the config software from digi.com
