Labview cannot communicate with watlow f4s temperature controller

I am having trouble interfacing labview with watlow f4s controller. Watlow F4S runs on modbus protocol. I am using RS232- Usb conncetion to connect the watlow controller to my computer.It gives me error messages like BFF0015 each time i try to run it.
