Yes, you can upload parameters to the panel and then download to a different drive. The drive will need to be the same firmware parameter (33.01). The upload and download can be accessed by pressing the FUNC key. The following screen will display "Motor Setup, Application Macro, Speed Control EXT1", then press the double down arrow and then you will see "Upload, Download, Contrast". The parameters in the panel are stored in an EEProm.
