Hi greetings!
I was using QuickPanel QPI-ABR-201 (WITH REMOTE IO PORT) connected to 1747-SN. My HMI is broken so i purchased new Fanuc Quick panel.
Model: IC754VSI12CTD which has RS232/485 port. How can I link this to my 1747-SN. I am using SLC 5/04.
My processor has RS232 port if I communicate with this i have to change my ladder program. This is don't want to do. I want to do it through existing scanner module to communicate my screen and PLC module. how?
Any converters are there from RS232/485 to Remote IO
Please explain the possibilities

The possibility is that what you want to do is impossible with the HMI you bought. Based on a quick search, it appears that GE/Fanuc no longer supports the A-B Remote I/O module. However, these QuickPanels are made by Xycom, which is now ProFace, and they still offer the Remote I/O option. Your local distributor can cross-reference you old HMI to a current model.
By the way, QPR-ABR-201 is only the part number for the RIO adapter mounted on your old HMI. The actual HMI has its own part number.
