I need any help from someone who managed to install and configure FT historian.. I can't connect to historian in FT admin console.. Please help me.. thanks

 

Make sure you have the server name exact, and that the users names and computers to use the system have all been configured in "Computers and Groups" and "Users and Groups" in FT Admin Console. I also found that depending on the computer trying to access the server, various pieces of Microsoft "stuff" had to be installed. Once you do a couple of them its not too bad....the rest were easy. You WILL spend time on the phone with Tech Support.
