Hello everybody ,,,,,,
i have seen this forum very informative and have a question. a very novice one.......
I got two steam turbines 10MW each supplying load. one is in iso mode & other is in droop mode. How to do the equal load sharing on the units through my control system without going for woodward DSLC units.
my idea
I have PLC system and can read KWs and can generate speed set-points. On measuring KWs on the iso unit, i can vary the speed set-point to droop unit using PID loop.
Can i also change the units from iso to droop mode while the units are running?
cheers ...........
