We have closed tank 2.5 m height. application level measurement of propane oxide with nitrogen gas. we are using here SITRANS P DSIII DPT with both end remote seal's. we have calibrate this transmitter 0 to 2000 mmwc & zero adj. then fill PO 1130 litter mean. level shall be 213 mm but transmitter displaying 670 mm. please guide.

Put both end remote seal to the atmosphere, I mean close the block valve and loose the nuts, then see how much mmwc are u sensing.
Use this mmwc for to calculate the range, if you have remote seal and your 4mA point is 0 mmwc maybe are you making a mistake
