Recently we faced Link-A failure problem. The Ethernet communication between Honeywell FSC and its PKS server is failed. They are connected thru CISCO switch (FSC Ethernet Card (10018/E/1) --- Media Converter [to convert from BNC cable to RJ-45]--- Cisco SwitchPKS Server).
The error was cleared after reset done on FSC Ethernet Communication card (10018/E/1) and total error become zero for both Link-A & B ( as shown on DCS Graphic FSC Channel status) But after sometime the count of total error again start increasing; we feel it may fail again.
Can any body help how to trouble shoot it further?
