i want any help in how i start programing in s7, with an example program. i am already read the documentation but i want areal example.

Besides the manuals, there are may example programs available on the installation of Step 7 (Open File should give you an Examples tab). You could also study these tutorials that present various basic concepts of S7-300 programming in a very clear, precise way:

Hello Eslam

Visit website "Controlwiki.com"
Select "PLC Archive"
Select "PID Control"
Select "download here" with a blue text.
Save this zip-file on your PC
Open your Simatic Manager.
Select "File" and "Retrieve".
Browse to find "Blokke.zip" on your PC
The program should now open fully.
Open OB1, displayed with comments.
OB1 is prepared for Simatic Simulator,
if you load ALL FC, FB, DB's into it.

Hope this will give you a flying start.
