What does it mean when the simplex panel sez," F-10 NORTH STAIR PRESS STATUS UTILITY MONITOR".

Where is this message showing up at? I'm positive is is not an alarm. What kind of control system are you talking about? Is this a Mark IV, Mark V GE Simplex control system? Need more info.
