Running cmd.exe in VB

How can I invoke the cmd.exe to run with administrator privileges when I am logged onto the machine with these privileges - although not logged on as administrator.

The use of shell cmd.exe cannot amend the system date without this cmd.exe run mode.

Any clues..?
