I
Hi all, first of all thank you very much for a lot of helps i read here.
Now my problem:
We are developing a scada system using the Vijeo Citect software version 7.0 sp2 over windows XP SP3.
Our configuration is formed by two set of servers (IO, alarms and trends) in redundant configuration (master/stand-by) in two different machines (identical hardware). At field side, we have 5 plc M340, each one connected to a pair of IO Devices configured as primary / stand-by. All the communications over Ethernet and using the OFS 3.31
In this conditions we have checked the following:
If you loose the Ethernet connection in any one server, you will not receive any alarm from the system in this server while the other server still connected will receive and manage. The problem starts when the server dropped-down reconnects to the ethernet since this moment both alarm servers will be desynch. because all the alarms released and managed during the disconnection time were not included in the alarm list of the disconnected server and this seems not to be able to re-synch again with the updated server.
Does anyone know how to fix it?
Thank you in advance and sorry for my English.
