I am looking for a way to be able to communicate via ethernet with S7 plcsim and Software Toolbox's Top Server.

The S7 PLCsim has to have Ethernet capability and act the same way the Ethernet Module in a PLC does.

Does anyone have a program written to "open" PLCsim for Ethernet communication?

I was also looking for a way to get access to PLCsim over Ethernet and I found the following sourceforge link;

I tried it and connected it with kepserver or topserver can't remember well, but nettoplcsim was a computer, opc server is at another
