program lost after operation in PLC 5/20

I have the PLC 5/20 for the operation of DG in automatic mode. when the grid fails the DG operate in automatic mode. from just few days i have been facing the problem that just after the operation, the program of the plc lost.

can any one guide me why this is happening?
