can we place both dcs and plc signals into one Junction box. point is both dcs and plc signals are analog input signals and we have only 5 tags - 2 (dcs AI signals) and 3 (PLC AI signals.

Yes you can, they can even be in the same cable if it works out best.
I often put discrete 24 VDC signals in the same multipair as 4-20 mA signals.

I wouldn't mix analog and 120 AC although I don't think code rules against it provided all cables are rated for the higher voltage.
