Hi

I have a differential pressure transmitter in lab of 0-100 H2O of inch range and o/p 4-20 mA. how i can test/calibrate this DPT in lab.

If I open one leg to atmosphere and apply pressure to other then its OK? Is there any chart showing delta p to Flow conversions.

you need a stable pressure regulator, some shops will use a manometer. The caveat is if you are trying to characterize the transmitter to changes in the gauge pressure.

All primary d/p flow meters are sized to produce a d/p for a given flow. You need to check the sizing of the primary device. You transmitter only converts the d/p measured to a electrical signal. Some transmitters provide square root extraction and can lead to confusion, if the square root is also being extracted in the monitoring hardware.
